Why wouldn't I just hire an agency or full-time designer?
Today the annual cost of a full-time, senior level brand designer now exceeds £80,000 plus benefits and many Design Agencies are often overstretched. This service can replace or work alongside your other teams based on the demands placed on you and them.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need, to ensure you're only paying for other services when you have work available for them.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you are able to add your design requests to your job queue as you'd like, and they will be completed one by one.
Why is logo creation cost split over sixty days?
From initial roughs to final approvals can be an involved process, I want to get it just right for you. So this is a way to set clear expectations for a quality result starting out. And to split the costs into two affordable payments.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are responded to within 3 days. However, projects requiring more in-depth research or of a more complex nature can take longer. You will be notified about this when the job is submitted and either broken down into smaller junks or an estimated time provided for delivery.
Who are the designers?
You'll work directly with me, Paul A Dennis, the founder of PAD Logo Design from strategy to creative execution. Other specialist requests are also directed by me, given to my small team of trusted collaborators and partners where necessary. Requests outside of PAD’s own skillset, can be sourced at reasonable extra cost (subject to brief) or a suitable referral offered.
How does the pause feature work?
If after current requests are completed, there may be a long gap on the horizon before the next batch. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period.

eg. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future before you start your subscription again.
What software programmes do you design in?
Most requests are designed using the Adobe Creative Suite.
How do I request designs?
On my online management platform. Your requested projects are all listed directly into the Client to-do board, which also includes shared Google docs, images or even recording a brief video (for those who prefer not to write their their thoughts out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared online, it will all be added all in one place to your PAD Client Board.

What if I don't like the initial design work?
That’s OK. This model works in a natural, iterative way. I'll continue to revise the design brief until we find the best solution.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return to it when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
No. The approach is to commit to working together effectively over time and because of the high quality nature of the work, no refunds can be issued.
What happens next?
Following subscription, you will receive a personalised welcome email within 24 hours, along with a link to access your PAD project management area. We will also have a 30-60 minute introduction call where I get to know more about your overall approach and requirements. You can then begin adding job tasks, which we will get to immediately and over time. After all Rome wasn’t built in day and your brand and our collaboration will hopefully evolve too.
